By accessing and using DreamForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

DreamForge is a free dream journal platform that allows you to record dreams, goals, and visions, receive AI-powered analysis, generate generative artwork, and create existence proofs on the Solana blockchain.

3. Free Platform

DreamForge is completely FREE to use. We do not charge any fees for using our platform. The only cost you may incur is the Solana network transaction fee (gas fee, approximately 0.000005 SOL) when recording existence proofs on the blockchain, which is paid directly to the Solana network, not to DreamForge.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using our AI analysis and artwork generation features, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing these services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload content that violates any applicable laws

7. AI-Generated Content

Artwork and analysis generated by our AI services are provided for personal use. The accuracy of AI analysis is not guaranteed and should not be considered professional psychological advice.

8. Existence Proof Feature

The existence proof feature records a cryptographic hash of your content on the Solana blockchain to prove that the content existed at a specific point in time. IMPORTANT: This feature is NOT a legally recognized "certified date" (確定日付) and does not satisfy legal requirements for third-party enforceability. It serves as supplementary evidence only. For legal matters, please consult a qualified attorney.

9. Important Disclaimer

Please DO NOT record truly confidential information (passwords, financial data, trade secrets, etc.) using this service. While we implement security measures, DreamForge is designed for dream journaling and creative expression, not for storing sensitive data.

10. Limitation of Liability

DreamForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
